Returned Goods Policy

• Prior approval must be received in writing from Hico Flex Brass company, Inc. for the request to return material.
• A detailed list of the material to be returned must be submitted, as well as supporting data as to date purchased and invoice number.
• All returned material is subject must be accompanied by a packing list.
• All material is subject to our plant count and inspection.
• All returned material is to be shipped freight prepaid. Credit will be allowed only on resaleable material.

Terms and Conditions of Sales

• There is no minimum order at HICO.
• All orders are subject to our approval and acceptance. Prices are suggested in our catalogs are suggested list prices and are subject to change without notice.
• Application taxes, if any, will be charged to the purchaser.
• Discount: 1% 10th proximo net 30 days.
• Minimum prepaid shipment is for $750 net orders.
• All claims for material shortages or damaged goods must be made within 7 days from the date of invoice.
• We cannot be responsible for goods after they have been delivered in good condition to the carrier. All claims for lost or damaged goods must be placed with the carrier. Not responsible for delays in delievry when caused by strikes, fires, accidents, or Acts of God.
• We reserve the right to ship via the most dependable and economical transportation means. If special routing is required resulting in a higher rate, then the additional amount will be charged to the customer.
• Products are guaranteed against defects of material or workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of sale. This guarantee shall be limited to replacement of credit only, not to exceed the original purchase price, and resulting from detective goods.
